Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be refunded, replaced or extended beyond the stated expiry date.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or transferable to another person without prior agreement.
Vouchers must be presented (printed or digital) at the time of booking.
CHEF by MB reserves the right to refuse vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
Vouchers can only be redeemed against services and experiences provided by CHEF by MB.
If the full value of the voucher is not used in one booking, any remaining balance will be held as credit until the original expiry date.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Once a booking has been confirmed using a voucher, our standard cancellation policy applies.
If a booking made with a voucher is cancelled by the customer, the voucher will not be refundable.

Contact CHEF by MB via email or phone to book your chosen date and experience.
Provide your voucher code at the time of booking.
On the day, simply bring your voucher (digital or printed) and enjoy the experience.
